God showed me now didn’t he. Guess someone needs to protect me from myself. So I decided to get some things together for dinner and then the sun came out. So here is what we had pork chops, grilled egg plant and squashed potatoes. 🙂

For the pork chops I finely chopped (by hand!) 3 cloves of garlic, 3-4 stems of rosemary and 6 stems of thyme add a dash of salt and pepper and we are ready to roll. I drizzled some olive oil and applied this pasty substance to all sides of the pork . . . → Read More: all about a good dinner
