Location, Location, Location

Those are the 3 rules of real estate. But it was quite the conversation this year. I heard many things being discussed about why this was good or bad. First there was the disappointment that the registration numbers didn’t look that elevated for the surrounding area. But until everything is finalized that one remains neutral. One of my friends complained that the flight cost them nearly $400 each but a normal flight to Seattle was only $150. I decided it might be a good idea to let everyone know where we intend on being till the end of the year. I went ahead an included the last couple weeks just so I can keep track. I have always said we never go anywhere but when we do go it tends to all pile up back to back.

Wow can you believe we are 3 weeks out? I feel that I am just terribly behind; I mean I booked my flights just the other day.

Well I guess today I will start with some travel tips. There is light rail that runs from the airport to the downtown area. It is really cheap (like around $3). But there is walking involved. However we pack pretty heavy (2 laptops, 2 cameras, 4 cell phones and a pile of cables, cords and chargers) and after last year I am sure it will be even heavier as I didn’t bring enough pants.
