It was about 4 hours on the Emerald Pools trail. Yeah we went all the way to the top, stopped many times for me to breathe and many more to take pictures. We probably sat at the top pool for 1/2 an hour. It was beautiful and a little difficult at times, there was so much sand on this trail. Sand first of all is hard to walk in anyway and that stuff to the top of big rocks and now it is slick. That would be how I hurt my calf. I slid off a rock and landed on a smaller rock right under my arch, that then rolled me. I didn’t fall down. 🙂 So this picture is after that when we went back to the car for lunch. We got there so late we had to park at a public spot and bus to Zion (10 minute ride) then walk through the gate to get another bus.

Ok, while sitting here icing down my leg.
