So we were a little late getting back to my place from KLT’s and quite honestly I was pretty tired.\u00a0 Gwen was pretty sore and unhappy.\u00a0 Coming up with a good idea for dinner was difficult and then as we are getting busy with the prep work her comes the neighbor.\u00a0 Her son needs some help with his home work and they are unable to help him (now there is a “story” here, it’s not that the parents are not smart it is just that he’s a normal pre-teen).\u00a0 Well anyway we opted for some lamb burgers.\u00a0 I grabbed\u00a0 some fresh rosemary and a small sweet white onion, then I chopped and diced to my\u00a0 hearts content.\u00a0 The problem was that the ground lamb would not stick together so bread crumbs to the rescue.\u00a0 To accompany our lovely lamb burgers I chopped up a host of vegetables; carrots of varying colors, zucchini, onion, and some bell pepper toss some seasoning and olive oil we are ready for the grill.\u00a0 OK so this photo is post tossing on the grill \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n

Hmmm that just didn’t seem to be enough a 1\/3 piece of french bread to be cooked on the grill and adorned with pesto.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u00a0All in all the meal was pretty spectacular!<\/p>\n
