The other day I determined that depression is the cancer of the soul.\u00a0 Depression is something comes in many shapes and sizes and one size does not fit all.\u00a0 I am not totally clinically depressed nor do I feel that I need to seak medical attention and medication.\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42\u00a0 So those are all good news.\u00a0 My lack of intrest in the very things at bring me joy in my life are a direct result of missing KLT just way to much.\u00a0 Really Really.\u00a0 I told everyone that I was back on track after Christmas and spending some time with him in Nashville but I guess I was wrong.\u00a0 So here I am again pledging to do better and to get my butt in gear.\u00a0 I have photos, recipes and reviews stacked up.\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42\u00a0 I did get a tick busy at work and that prevented some of my morning writing sessions.\u00a0 I beleive that will all come to an end here this week and I should have pleanty of time to get some stuff done.\u00a0 So for now if you think I am slacking – EMAIL ME and tell me to get off my butt!\u00a0 No seriously.<\/p>\n
