Let me tell you about yesterday.\u00a0 Kerry got up early to go help work on his grandmother’s house that was water damaged by the flood.\u00a0 This got the dogs up therefore getting me up too.\u00a0 No big deal I guess 8 am is still sleeping in.\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42\u00a0 So my plan for the long weekend is to SEW.\u00a0 I got some feed back from Bonnie about my doggie bandanna so I wanted to attempt a few modifications.\u00a0 There is the laptop bag that I wanted to get started on and then there is Gwen’s foot.\u00a0 So I found a pattern to make doggie boots.\u00a0 Boot one was successfully made but entirely too large for her foot.\u00a0 I kind of figured this by looking at it\u00a0but figured it was better to follow the directions one time.\u00a0 Off to make the second rendition, just about done.\u00a0 I decided to serge the edge, or NOT.\u00a0 My machine failed and is now broken.\u00a0 AGAIN.\u00a0 My JANOME is apparently junk.\u00a0 Can you believe this?\u00a0 It was like 11 am on the first day of my 3 day sewing weekend.\u00a0 POOP!<\/p>\n

Well we went to the Eagles in an attempt to win 80% of 3200.\u00a0 No such luck, but there is next week.\u00a0 We did return later to “watch” Karaoke.\u00a0 What a good time.\u00a0 We met FUN people.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u00a0So the picture of the day ends up being 2 shots.\u00a0 One of the boot project and one of her modeling it.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The Project:

This is the first boot, as you can see it is too big and she is unhappy. Funny watching her walk around for the first several hours. She is all better now. Put it on Hunter and he completely forgets how to walk. This is an attempt to get her to stop chewing on her back foot.<\/p>\n
