Can this week be over yet? For the love of all things good and holy!
First I have to say that I am about done with this stupid place I work. Did you know that just because I don’t always agree with managment I am angry? HEY FUCK STICKS why don’t you take a simple course on understanding humans, reading human emotions or anything HUMAN. I am not angry, nor have I been angry for 1 whole year. How do I know this, because the freaking doctor gave me pills to keep it that way. When I inquired about my “behavior” goals I said “You can call me a flaming bitch every day but you will not get by with saying I don’t have integurity, that I don’t follow the rules, that I am not trustworty!”. RESPONSE: “So about you being a flaming bitch, what can we do about that?” Just for fun here are other random quotes, yes they are taken out of context this way but if you were in the room you would see that it really makes no difference at all.
- “We know everyone can do their job, that is why we hired you. It really is all about your attitude.”
- “………….” That is in response to “well everyone on this floor thinks that “X” and “Y” are your little favorite pets”
- “I told “Z” I was going to be out, they are a manager and could of told their staff.”
- “Well I expected someone to step up to the plate and take care of things.”
- “Well I told them she was “our” friend, you haven’t treated her much like a friend”
- me: “W has been a terrible bitch to me all day” her: “Well don’t think that she has it all that easy”
- “Oh don’t get me wrong she is a wonderful person, awesome, the best of them but she really does needs to be here more”
- “Did I write anything in there?” “Oh then that wasn’t suppose to be your slider”
- Me: “you have a problem hanging on to the one time something happened a year ago” Her: “I know I am trying to do better”, “Really?, cause you have dinged me for working with Brooke on one of my goals, and I am not sure if you know this or not but she didn’t work here this entire reveiw period.” “No I didn’t”, “UH, yeah ya did”
