You guys this travel schedule for Spring is CRAZY. We are headed to Atlanta for the second time but this time it looks like we are both presenting. Ikea isn’t in Nashville so we love the fact that we get to go there too! Last year on our journey to Ikea we got stopped on the interstate because President Obama was delivering a commencement speech.
We Kerry will be traveling down on Thursday afternoon hoping to get there in time for dinner with friends. Then Kerry will work all day on Friday and I will …. well I just don’t know yet. Maybe I can go to Ikea alone, no one really wants to eat Swedish meatballs while hung over anyway. NEWS FLASH! I stayed in California to spend a couple days on site. After careful consideration I decided to stay one extra day and travel straight to Atlanta on Thursday. Denny and I will arrive around 4:20 pm, hopefully Kerry will be there to pick us up! This does however mean when I get home Sunday I will leave in 4 days for Houston. I hope my puppy will forgive me.
SQLSaturday #285 is happening May 3, 2014 at the lovely Georgia State University. Atlanta has a great schedule and if you are feeling frisky they even have 3 PRE-Cons. Pre-conference sessions do cost a little bit of money but they are totally worth it.
