So I have fed the dogs, and done a few of the Sat am chores. I sat down to buy some supplements and got distracted fixing this blog. AB pointed out yesterday that there was a display issue in FireFox, all of the pictures were being stretched tall. It was ridiculously funny, KLT was sitting on the couch but because of the issues he looked like a midget, stubby little hands and all. I laughed so hard I cried. So here we are about 30 minutes later and I have updated all pictures to display correctly. Well here we are closing in on the weekend what is historically known as my favorite day of the week. I am starting to feel that I am on this spiral slide that goes on forever. Sometimes I can brace myself along the sides and slow down others I just keep movin. I believe that my employment has sucked the life right out of me. About the dentist Well I was really anxious Sunday night into Monday morning about the dentist. Now this is quasi normal but I have been really comfortable with Evan. My JAW, my tongue, and my gums hurt plus I had sinus pressure pushing on that ear. This has been one of the worst dentist visits ever. I will save that story for when I get back from dinner. We went to Indy for my brother’s bday party. He hosted it at his house serving Chili. We had planned to getting there early enough to hit the Cash and Carry so I could get some cake boxes. Well before we even left we discovered that we were not going to get to Indy early enough. That’s ok I ahve a dentist appointment on Monday. Maybe I should check the vacation balance and take a day off here and there. So I started looking at some job postings in Indianapolis. Then I started thinking about how much money that would really be. So 60k job sounds pretty nice doesn’t it? Well not anymore. 60k – 6000 (auto/commute expenses – BTW that doesn’t include me getting a new car (baby is a lease and only good for 10,000 miles a year) that leaves 54000. 54000 – 8000 (appox what Purdue puts into my retirement) we are now down to 46000 a year.
