Wednesday’s post

Finally I have air in my room and I could sleep. You know that was until the phone rang @ 4:19 am.  Wrong number.  You only need to dial the floor number and the room number. <RANT> let me tell you how disappointed I am with my room at the Palazzo.  Its filled with construction rush issues.  The furniture is beat up pretty bad for only being open since Dec.  The window is so dirty that you can’t see out of it and I am sure it has never been cleaned.  Our stay here started out rough, no king size bed. But I guess there are worse things like drue not getting a smoking room.  So we didn’t have air for like 2 days while it is 107 outside.  And there is a loud buzz in the bathroom.  So the front desk gave us a $50 dollar food and bev credit.  Whoopie!</RANT>We went to a special lunch for SAP customers.  The food sucked IMO.  But we got an invite to TAO for a cocktail reception 5-630.  AMAZING!  They were giving away yet another cannon camera.  No luck winning that and there were like 60 people there.  🙁  Met this CUTE server, he looked like a young rick springfield.  What a doll.  The lobster things are so amazing.  I told Drue that there is that better than sex cake well those are the better than sex appetizer.  🙂Yesterday I tried to get shirts from all the vendors.  Drue has very little patience for this.  She doesn’t want to carry any of this.  I want FREE shirts.  I only got a few.  🙁  Maybe today I can find a couple more.  We are entered to win 2 wii and a cannon camera.Then it was off to dinner with my guy.  Black Angus Steak house.  Too bad they closed the one on Sarah we had to drive over to Henderson.  They are so gonna close that one too.  It’s a shame cause they have reasonable priced GOOOOOOOD food. 

Huston we have a problem.  Unfortunately this could be TMI.  My new capri pants that I have brought in 3 colors, well those black ones rubbed the inside of my legs something fierce and now they are unhappy.  It was the inside seam that appears to have caused the problem.  🙁  I have to go hiking all weekend folks and I am not sure how well this is going to feel.  Maybe off to walmart for some workout shorts.
